Tech lead and engineering manager, mostly in e-commerce and Shopify. Years writing code, and years leading the people who write it, always both at once. My week moves between client conversations, architecture decisions, project management, and 1:1s, and I like that it does. The technical side never left: I still prototype with my own hands, lately mostly around AI and agents.
